If you mean that a movie is better in colour than in black and white, then sure, but some black and white movies are better than some colour movies.

Do you mean newer movies are better than older movies? What about films like The Artist?

I'm pretty sure OP just meant that movies are more enjoyable in color. I like some black and white (the twilight zone is one of my favorite series), but color is just more vivid and entertaining.
