well not soaking wet, just a bit damp because with my hair you can see the curls then but when it dries it turns into a big poof ball haha

my hair is like that too, but i started using this hair gel thats called dippity doo, it pretty much makes your hair stay how you want,( i.e. naturally curly without the poofyness), but it doesn't make it look like there's any gel

I have naturally long really curly hair, and it gets so easily frizzy. But when its wet, its even longer and stick straight. I personally think it looks really pretty like that.

I have really curly hair and when it gets wet it still retains the curls but looks much less frizzy
