I live in Los Angeles. I hope to live somewhere in the central California coast (maybe Monterey). It's beautiful there. It's just a desert here. But Universal Studios is cool.

I live in San Jose :). It's nice here ^_^ I really like Monterey too. I considered going to CSU Monterey until I saw the campus (ew)

The newer/cleaned up portion of the campus looked pretty nice, but there was no landscaping and the old buildings looked like boarded-up pieces of shit. Who would actually be interested in going there? It's really a shame, since it's so pretty in Monterey in general.

LA is not a good example of California, at all. If I was to give someone a tour of California, I'd show them Yosemite (national park), San Diego (for the beach and a couple attractions), Monterey, and San Francisco. Disneyland might make the list as well. LA really doesn't have redeeming qualities except for a very small portion of the city.
