Healthy food can taste good, exercise can feel good and to the "drink what you don't like" part; you don't like water?

healthy food CAN taste good, not always. Exercise will make you feel good.. if you do it on a regular basis. but that requires non-lazyness and im fine with water. but i'd rather have pop.

junk food only makes you feel good temporarily, in the long run you feel worse, eating healthy makes you feel good short-term and long term as does exercise.

You can come to like healthy habits, it just takes time. After a while, sugar is kind of repulsive.
