I reeeeally hate how everyone is now all into Eminem... I liked him years ago, and now everyone is like, "OMG Eminem raps about LIFE, it is SO DEEP, and it's weird because he's white." I don't listen to country so I don't know how good he is, but I know Darius Rucker is black. Rap: Like said before, Eminem, Vanilla Ice, etc. are white. Rock: Sevendust's Lajon Witherspoon is black. Metal: most of the members of God Forbid as well as Straight Line Stitch's Alexis Brown are black; also, I think Sepultura's singer is black, bot not sure. Jazz has plenty of racial diversity... Also, I don't know what you'd call Carlos Santana, but he's amazing.
