That is kind of like saying, "It's annoying when your lifejacket keeps you afloat." The whole purpose of a seatbelt is to keep you in your seat, hence the name, so when it locks up, that means it's doing its job.

When it locks up on me, I immediately unbuckle, then rebuckle my seat belt! It makes me feel claustrophobic..

True, in emergency situations. But when you are going up a hill or just randomly, sometimes it locks up which is really annoying.

Gosh i hate that it is dangerous, especially when i am trying to turn into traffic or get around traffic
