@426945 (a girl): They sound worse than they taste, but I'm not crazy about them. I had some flax seed peanut butter once and it was pretty gross. I just found a recipe for Tom's Flax bars, which sounds horrible, but it tasted ok.

I put flax in EVERYTHING, i'm not even joking. They taste so good on peanut butter! The only problem I have with flax is that they get stuck in your teeth and are hard to get out.
