Well not all were born from their mom's vaginas. Some (like myself) were born through the torso with a C-section.

Look up "Caesarian section" births. In short, it means something was preventing the child from being born normally through the vagina -- so the doctors cut open the belly and bring the baby out that way. Therefor a baby born by c-section was not pushed head-first through its mother's vagina, but rather pulled out of the torso.
