+633 You like how Blues Clues broke the blue for boys pink for girls stereotype, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I thought both Blue and Magenta were girls? But yeah it's cool Blue was a girl!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Magenta was a girl too! that made it even better, because it's not like it has to be one or the other. Now, color doesn't matter!

hahaha true! :) great show

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No! My whole world turned upside down when I found out Blue was a girl.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

really? steve and jow always say "she" and you thought she was a boy? sad

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Jow? You mean "Joe". But I never noticed them refering to her as "she." Plus that was so long ago.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

and that ruined my whole idea of blue and magenta ever hooking up. :l

*pats on the back* its okay, im here for you. i knew blue was a girl, but, still, im here for you :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No no, you have it all wrong. Blue is a girl, magenta is a guy. No joke. Look it up.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

thats not really a stereotype, the color thing. those colors only started being associated with genders around 1950, and before then it was actually reversed, because pink is closer to red, and blue is considered dainty.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

get that from OMGfacts? cause I saw it there the other day... (Not mocking intelligence, just wondering. I Loooove OMGFacts!)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

by Anonymous 13 years ago
