+348 You've kind of thought about trying those special sneakers that are supposed to tone your legs, but you would be WAY too embarrassed to wear those things in public. amirite?

Why? The ones I saw were Skechers, which I always liked, and they don't look that different from Volatiles with the big thick soles. They're sort of platform-y... not that bad. Honestly, anyone who feels that way *really* needs to get over themselves; the whole world is not staring at your feet.

I won a pair of them - Reebok EasyTones worth R1000, just got them this week so I haven't worn them yet but they're black and they actually look quite cool

I have a pair of the Reeboks. If I don't move my feet enough, the ball cuts off the circulation in my toes. Plus, there's a whole thing going on about how their claims were never actually tested so they're giving money back to people. But they look like normal shoes.

There was a guy in my class who wore Skecher Shape Ups to school. Some girl went up to him and was said "...are those skecher shape ups...??" Like nobody should ever be wearing them but then he totally shot her down and said "Yes. They are. I like them and they're comfortable so why wouldn't I wear them?" She looked so shocked so she just walked away.

They don't work, so in the end you'd just end up looking stupid...
