Well, the post isn't about "helping things". It's about taste. For example, I could eat crappy fast food for my whole life and say it TASTES good but it really isn't helping things. Two different situations.

unless u get to 1 molecule of sugar, your sugar is mixed with sugar so it does taste better with sugar
