It's really just a trend. Chicks (and guys) have little batman/superman/transformer backpacks because it's "the cool thing to do".

I always liked "boy shows" as a kid. Batman, Thundercats, Yugioh, Pokemon, Batman Beyond, X-men Evolution, pretty much any superhero show really. Actually I still watch them now.(except Yugioh and Pokemon. They got lame.)

Same here. I grew up on those shows and will always love them. I really miss ThunderCats though. The others all have an extended version or remake to at least watch.

I see what OP's talking about: it's cool to like those things, it's "in". However here are plenty of people who like them for that reason only, when the reason they're popular is because a majority of this generation grew up on those shows. Also, just mention superheroes and the Superman/Batman debate always starts up, no matter what. I find it funny.
