why would you pay for internet if you didnt have a computer? i bought my computer but i use my familys internet, does that mean my dad can use my computer for whatever he wants whenever he wants? no.

My family is lame, and kind of poor. But I don't have my own computer. My brought bought one with an inheritance from his mother (two different moms, very complicated) but he lost his job for stealing and couldn't pay for the internet. I was starting college and made a deal that if I paid the 30 bucks a month I can use his mac. And so lately he'd been locking his room, taking the computer with him, basically hiding it from me so when I finally was able to use it I made this post to show him I should be able to use it when I need and he can't be a bitch about it. And my parents, if theyy ever need it, should be able to use it also. And I needed validation that my brother is a jerkface.

in your scenario I'd definitly agree with the post, but overall no because my parents sure as hell aren't gonna use mine just cause they pay internet

Umm, how about your dad decides to take away your bed, food, and room? Oh and in this case, he should be able to take away your Internet .

sounds reasonable for him to take away the internet since he pays for it, but considering I paid for my own laptop it doesn't mean he could use it, people working in McDonalds don't expect to use people's laptops just because they provide free wifi
