Excuse me?! Are we really comparing a quirky young british school girl witch with a woman who desperatly tries for attention through her overly outrageous clothing and catchy tunes? Because, really. Luna actually excelled at her art, and was just herself. Gaga hides behind the make up and music and costumes.
