to say that someone sounds like a 'black woman' is quite racist as everybody has an individual voice and to generalise and stereotype like that is incorrect and racist

How in hell is that racist? Yes Black people are physically different from Europeans, which means they physically have different vocal cords. You can often tell if someone is black or white by their voice (though obviously not always). Therefore since Amy Winehouse (a european) has a voice that sounds similar to many black women then it is strange and worthy of comment. I hate idiots that shout racist when they have no idea what they're talking about.
