The time, rather. I work at sonic, as a carhop, not a cook, but we have to get our orders out in less that 3.5 minutes. And there is usually only one person prepping and bagging the burgers. With 15 burgers to send out, it's usually pretty hard to keep them all neat and get them out in time.
