The bible says in many places that homosexualty is wrong, that it's a sin. So it means gays are going to burn in hell for all eternity unless they seek repentance from God and change their ways. Btw anyone who votes me down is being a nonchalant, rude atheist. My religious beliefs deserve to be immune from criticism, because religion is my right.

I don't get why people think gay people will go to hell. If homosexuality is a sin, shouldn't a true-believing Christian homosexual be able to ask God for forgiveness? In asking for forgiveness, and really believing that Christ died for us, shouldn't that be enought to get into heaven?

Why cant people just avoid vehement religious debates and just respect (notice how i didn't use the word //follow// in this instant) the others belief? I just don't get it! And yeah, i know this is unrelated but this question is technically in the same ballpark, right?

According to what I've heard, Hell will contain: People who masturbate Gays Dancers Furries Porn stars Musicians Santa Unicorns Wizards People who like wizards Magicians Mimes Computer people Gamers Girls with loose skirts (and morals) Hookers Strippers Scientists Pardon me, but why is Hell sounding not so bad? Except for the mimes, of course.
