You'd think team rocket (meaning the entire organization, not just the usual trio) would be much more of a menace than it is. I mean an army of people dedicated to using super powered animals to take over the world? Hell, I could run an organization and take over the world in just a matter of a few years. 1: Capture WILD pokemon including but not limited to: Larvitar, Magikarp, Bagon, Gible, Dratini, Trapinch and Beldum. Make sure to capture other, less powerful pokemon as to not arouse suspicion 2: Live as pokemon breeder for money while training my own pokemon MAKING SURE to treat with much love and care. 3: Once pokemon are of breeding age, breed them. Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have a large army of powerhouse pokemon. If step 2 was done properly, pokemon should be undyingly loyal to you 5: Use army of massively powerful pokemon to muscle your way to world domination See? What's so hard about that?
