You don't make the U.S bombs. They don't owe China because they buy bombs from them. They owe China because China has money to loan, and are willing to lend it. Get your facts straight next time.

Stupid USA politicians needed money so instead of cutting troops to everyone but ourselves, Get this country on a budget, no more helping others until the bills are paid.
