They have one. I can hook up my phone to a speaker through Bluetooth and it'll play over my radio.

The touches do. It's just really shitty and picky about what headphones it'll connect to. So they should have improved bluetooth.

iPod touches have Bluetooth. However they can only connect with other iPod touches. :(
