It's a really great movie, but some movies would just be ruined if you made a sequel... Especially since Finding Nemo was ended on a good note. Plus, what would they make the second movie about? It might just be like the first one if Nemo gets lost again and they have to find him...

Nemo would have to get lost again, and the moral of it at the end was that he'd learnt his lesson and realised his dads rules were there because he cared.
