It really depends on HOW long exacly the hair is. I like it when it's down to the eyebrows.

It depends on who it is. Some guys look better with long hair while others look better with short hair and it depends on how long it is. If you're talking about hair that goes all the way down to the waist, then no, it doesn't make them look any better, but if you mean long as an inch past the ears, then depending on the guy, that can look good.

Sometimes. It really depends on who it is, but anything longer than an inch or two below the ears doesn't look good. How long it should be honestly depends on who it is.
