If you think about it, we are all related. In the beginning there was only a select few humans, and when they reproduced, their children would reproduce with brothers/sisters or cousins or anybody else. This just kept happening until we got so far from eachother that we don't even know how we're related.
It's tough to explain, but just think about it.
