Girl mosquitoes bite. The males are the big ones. Red with black spot ladybugs are boys, and the black with red spot are the females. Yes, I still usually call them all he or it, but not these. Or I can them little fella.

Hah, it doesn't matter what they actually are. I call them a he. "I'm going to get a shoe to kill him" "where did he go" ..etc.

The only ants who come out of their anthill are worker ants... and they're female. And worker bees are female too. For both of these, the males stay inside to mate with the queen hahah.
