I know for one of them she isn't a voice actor, but this happens for me with Mila Kunis in That 70's Show and Family Guy.

Zuko from Avatar the Last Airbender and Jake from American Dragon, as well as Katara and Rose from the same shows. It's really weird to hear them both when they are such different characters.
