I could be wrong, but there isn't a Greek god names Hallo. Halloween (or Halowe'en just means all hallows eve (the night before All Saints Day or "All Hallowed Day")

Lame joke. It didn't even start in Greece. It started with the Christians trying to unpopularize Samhain, a pagan holiday
