Probably is, but my dad always used to say it to me. It's a saying, and as you can imagine, very few sayings are original to those who say them. But I'm okay if you feel the need to call everyone out on their life sayings.

Great let's just search quotation sites and flood amirite with the same stuff that has been said for centuries. I just didn't think that was the point of amirite.

If you took the time to read what I had said before, it was a saying my father said to me. I really could care less if you believe me, and actually some of my favorite posts I've seen on here were stolen. But if they weren't posted here, I probably would have never seen them. And to be honest, even the crappiest repost's I've seen were more thought provoking than a lot of yours. I mean "it's embarrasing to high five air"? I'm sure it is but it doesn't stike home. I usually dish out a high five to someone. Call me revolutionary or old fashioned but thats a high five. The point of amirite is for people to read something and agree with it. Maybe you didn't think sayings are appropriate, but to be honest "This is not your favorite amirite post" as you posted seems to me a bit desperate for some likes. Because yes its ironic because it isn't, but it's forgettable. When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail has a lot of situations it can apply to, so it sticks. Just like it did for me. So I can sit here all day and be passive agressive to you, or you can just pull up your pants and let me be done with it. I hardly ever check this site, except to deal with negative people
