Jokes are real sexism. You're creating a "us and them" divide between the sexes, you're popularising sexist stereotypes, you're normalising sexism in the most casual way, and you are signalling that you approve of sexist behaviour, and you are happy to reap the benefits of a society with sexism. You are demeaning a group of people for your amusement. That is sexist. I'm very sorry if people's rights are ruining your ability to enjoy being a bigot, but jokes based on prejudices are not okay*. And if you can't be funny without them, perhaps your sense of humour is the one that needs adjusting. (*unless prejudice itself is the butt of the joke)
