ALL colors come from Red, Blue, and Yellow. So no.

That's only in painting and computers..
Color is just a slight difference in wavelength of light, in reality there is an infinite number of shades of color. Blue is about 400nm while red is 700nm.

"colors" that are outside the visible spectrum are just other kinds of waves. Microwaves, infrared, ultraviolet, etc...
