Not anymore. I did back in high school because I had more of a set schedule for pretty much anything, even when I got tired. I always had to take a nap in the same class at roughly the same time every day at school. Weekends really threw me off.

OP, you just sound to F*cking stupid. there is no special time you go to the bathroom. when you need to go to the bathroom, you do. If you have some special routine, you're stupid.
