Sexy talk lines aren't gendered. There are guys who work for sex hotlines, and there are girls who call them. Also, talking dirty to someone isn't harassment. It's harassment when they don't give their consent.

The majority of sexy talk likes are for men with women working for them and the majority of sexual harassment happens toward women. You don't know if you have their consent until after you say it. "hey honey buns wanna meet up in my office in 30 and fuck" is definitley harassment, which is why you can get sued for saying that.
