My stomach farted during my English final, where it was dead silent. It sucked so badly.

Since when is this called "stomach farting"? I just always said that my stomach was grumbling...

No, when your stomach growls, it's different than when it farts, when it farts, it makes the same noise as when you fart, except there is no way to stop it. When your stomach growls it doesn't sound like a fart, so it's not that embarrassing... usually.
