At least once you have had a lucid dream, amirite?

I have them when I wake up in the morning and then fall back asleep. They are wonderful. I don't normally dream a lot (remember dreaming) most nights.

I've never had one before :/
I saw how to do it once somewhere but I'm too scared to try it, it involves sleep paralysis and it sounds pretty terrifying.

Dude. It's totally fine.

Sleep paralysis happens all the time. It's what keeps you from sleepwalking/sleeptalking/sleep-eating-your-pillow/sleepdancing

Sleep paralysis isn't scary, it's just like being really heavy, and you might twitch a little. If you're doing it right you won't even feel it for very long.

I WANTED A MEADOW, NOT A BEACH, DAMMIT.

I had a lucid dream where I was fighting a dragon. I remember swinging my pillow around like it was a sword.
Every time the dragon killed me, I woke up completely.
Took me an hour and a half to kill the damn thing and actually get some sleep.

NO :(
And it sucks because I want to find it what it's like really badly.

Last night I had a dream where I was holding a sheet of paper and thought to myself "Of course, since I'm dreaming right now, I'll have lots of trouble reading this," then paid no attention to the fact that it was a dream until I actually woke up.

In 6th grade, I had a dream that involved my teacher flying. Then I realized it was a dream and flew around. And then I woke up.
