Sometimes it's easy to remember. I always write my orders down but sometimes I don't even have to look unless it's busy or i'm not working by myself. I know some servers who can memorize orders though. It's crazy.

I went to a sushi place the other day that did that. I'm allergic to seaweed, so I get mine with rice paper. And asked for no sauce on one roll, no avacado on another, plus the 3 other people at my table ordered 2-4 rolls each....my order was wrong. And dude tried to say I still had to pay for it. Ha!
