Actually that's the only thing they do DO.... Unless the person consents to having the necrophiliac sex their bodies after they die, then they are forever stuck raping people.... Unless I'm mistaken, which could be the case

If you go by the, "it's not rape if they don't say 'no'", school of thought, then it doesn't count as rape. It still is though. But if the only people who care about the body are the family, would the person be charged with sexual assault, or the destruction of property?

Well anyways, rape is sex without one persons consent, I mean some girls just like to yell, "NOOOO" during sex, why just the other night....
