-90 They shouldn't cancel tv shows just because of low ratings, they should keep them going for the people who watch them and love them, amirite?

It's still a business and they need to make money.

Are you willing to pay a large sum of money to keep it going? No? Well then there's your problem.

The worst is when they cancel a show because Jay Leno wants to host it instead.

If the ratings are too low, yes, the show should be cancelled. However, Joan of Arcadia's ratings weren't even low and the show got cancelled early. angry

There should be some sort of charity that sends money to shows that are good , but loosing too many views. It would be a neat way for people to give money to their favourite shows because without a charity no one ever donates money.

But people may pick it over other charities because it benefits them.

I wouldn't call it a charity but it can be something like kickstart. People can fund their favorite shows for at least a final episode or a final season so the writers can wrap up all loose ends.

Yeah like that! I would donate to kickstarter.
