+202 Humans don't hesitate to say that most creatures' purpose in life is to reproduce, yet I don't think anyone would accept reproduction as the point of life for us, because we think we're just way too superior to the other creatures on earth and we of course should have a bigger purpose than that, amirite?

I always think about things like this. Don't know where I stand. Sometimes I think we made our lives just too complicated, we put too much thought into everything when life can be so simple, and that we're simply animals with the same purpose as any other animal. And then other times I think we are so fascinating and with our capabilities there's more to life. I don't really like thinking about it because I never get anywhere. There's no real logical answer. To me at least.

Well yes, that is our only actual purpose. But that doesn't mean we can't do greater things than our original purpose.

And then calling those who reproduce early in life immoral, yet animals do it ASAP. (not saying that it's right, just a double standard.)

I think reproduction is the most important purpose of our species. We can pursue other purposes, but ultimately, if we all stopped reproducing, our species would go extinct, and there wouldn't be anyone around to enjoy all of our art and technology, now would there.
