+228 Cloning would harm people, not benefit them. amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

ummmm so growing clones for body parts for people who need them (ex. kidney transplants, blood transplants) would harm us ?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

So we should create a human being and then steal their organs?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

too bad you don't know how the actual process works. :(

by Anonymous 12 years ago

scientists have been able to clone organs without cloning the entire body http://www.cloneorgans.com/

*cough* doctor who

depends on the usage and ethics associated with said cloning as the anon above said cloning specific body parts (which is already possible) has many many benefits.

I think it depends on the method of cloning. The dolly the sheep method wouldn't really harm anyone. Imagine that though. One day you realize that you're a clone that was born solely for the purpose of harvesting your kidneys and arms. . . I can see a movie out of this.

Oh, yeah, I've seen this. Well actually, I've seen parts of it as I drifted between sleep and being awake...So I didn't really understand what was happening.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It's basically the exact same thing as the house of the scorpion, in movie form.

Never let me go, and my sisters keeper.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

theres actually a french book that i had to read in school about it, its called clones en stock, basically theres all these clones and there only purpose is for their organs and whatnot if the original gets sick

by Anonymous 12 years ago

There is a movie about it. Its called never let go

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I think cloning a person for the sole purpose of harvesting their organs is a little twisted..growing individual organs is better

At first I thought this said clothing...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Haha, same.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

i think clothing is very harmful hello

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Wheezy Waiter has been cloning for years. I'm pretty sure we can handle it.

by Anonymous 12 years ago
