+297 It's amazing how the hottest temperature we will experience is about 233 C which is where paper begins to ignite, but the core of our own planet is about 5000 C and the corona of the sun is 10,000,000 C, amirite?

WTF

by Anonymous 13 years ago

we experience hotter temperatures all the time. conventional ovens go up to 500 fahrenheit or more, the temperature at which paper burns is only 451 fahrenheit

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Still nothing compared to 10,000,000 C, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i was going to bitch about how paper burns at 451 degrees, then i realized that you were talking celcius... damn metric system

by Anonymous 13 years ago

We experience 233 C temperatures?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was going to do the same thing as i.like.pants

Am I the only one who has ever welded? Or even burned a piece of wood? Cuz that is deffinatly hotter than 233 C

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well the average person is who I was talking about. Plus the majority of people on the website are like 13, so they've never welded.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I started taking welding classes when I was 13, but I guess thats just me, an still. The average person who hasn't had a firepit at some point in their lives isn't very average

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But think about it. The temperature of paper burning (thinking about it off the top of your head) would feel about the same as anything higher. It'd be too excruciating either way to feel the difference, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Touché, I guess it's really how you define experience. Wether it's actually being applied to you, or your just witnessing it happening

by Anonymous 13 years ago

would you like to experience those temperatures?
