Tia is a scapegoat. If something happens and someone blames you, just tell em' Tia did it. Somebody thought it would be amusing if they said the girl in Anthony's (the person who created amirite) profile picture (the picture you see next to his comments or on his page) was Tia. Which it is, I guess.
