I can't imagine how on Earth 100+ people have this experience. Have you all seriously painted a painting later to be painted again differently by a famous artist? How does that even happen?

No, we haven't all experienced it, but we can try to imagine what it would be like. Why did you NW it? Have you seriously "painted a painting later to be painted again differently by a famous artist?" Common sense suggests it would suck, so we vote YYA. The only reason I can think of for NWing is if you've actually experienced it and you somehow liked it.

Oh it's nothing personal. I hate all anons. It's NOT true, because I don't believe a single person on this site has the experience to say whether this sucks or not. "It sucks when..." posts are ones that refer to specific happenings that annoy a lot of people, and I agree with ones that happen to me and aggravate me as well. I don't post obvious bad things that COULD potentially happen because that's pointless. It sucks when you're trotting about the moon and then all of a sudden your suit breaks and you die, amirite? No. It doesn't. Because it doesn't happen.

I've had bad experiences on this site with people who got mad and decided to take it out on my profile. I'm going to stay anon for now. The post is not saying "You have once painted something that was good but went unnoticed, only to have someone famous do the same thing and get money for it," it is saying if it DID happen to you, it would suck. According to your argument, you shouldn't vote YYA on this post unless you have experienced it before, because you don't know if it would suck. By that logic, you shouldn't vote NW either, because you don't know that it doesn't suck. If you're not sure if the post is right or wrong, then don't vote.

But you're wrong again, it does not say It WOULD suck, but that is DOES suck, which implies past experience. I vote NW on all horrendous posts that I hate. I would press the equivalent opposite of Favourite-ing it, but since I can't I'll just click NW.
