-31 When you were little and you had two empty kleenex boxes, you would put your feet in them and slide across the floor like you were skating, amirite?

Is this what Americans do as children?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I did it and I'm not American...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Woah, you had that brand too? That's odd. What country is that?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Uuuuh, not far from America, Canada actually. I brought this up with my exchange student friend from France, and she did the same. Both of us didn't use //kleenex// specifically, but we both had tissue boxes. On another note, I honestly don't know why people hate on you so much. All they see from you is the bad comments, I don't know why amiriters are so keen to prowl on you as soon as you make a comment. (This is serious, not sarcasm.)

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Thanks. But I didn't know there are such things as tissue boxes in other countries, I thought that was specifically a Kleenex thing. None of the countries in which I lived had I ever seen them, only USA. Everyone hates on me so often I honestly don't even give a shit anymore. It won't stop me from commenting my opinion on things.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Lol, it's not that people hate on you. It's that sometimes you come off as being too much of a smart ass. I'm not trying to offensive (even though everyone is going to take it like that and give me - votes). I'm saying it in the kindest way possible. Everyone recieves hate and I've even been given a couple of fuck off's before. But whatever, you can do whatever the fuck you want to do and I'm sure people will still appreciate you for it.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Sure, I //am// a smart ass. No offense taken, I'm nearly immune to offense by now. But no, I'm not like everyone else who receives hate, I'm a special kind of arrogant opinionated person, therefore I //will// receive feedback often, and there's always a 50% chance of it being negative. I don't mind.

You're basically stating that if you did this, you must be American which is incorrect. Anything that seems stupid to you is immediacy blamed on the Americans which is wrong on so many levels.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

lolwut I just honestly did not know American children do this. I wasn't an American child growing up, so I did different things. I had no way of knowing that they played with Kleenex boxes that I am now familiar with. I was stating //nothing// negative. Just expressing my surprise. Another way of saying my comment: "hmm No way, they do this? How cool." I just don't talk that way, so I said it differently.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Sorry, I must have gotten the wrong message as I often see you spread hatred to Americans and I assumed that this was whst you were doing right now. When you stated,"Is this what Americans do as children", I thought you were implying that since Americans did something so silly/stupid when they were younger, that is why they are what they are today. I just interpreted it wrong and thought it was a sarcastic remark.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah, I do tend to sound sarcastic. But really it's normal for children to do silly things, that happens in //all// countries. Even if I don't like the food or schools of USA, I have absolutely nothing against the children.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

i didnt, but that sounds like something i wouldve done

Kleenex box' are the most useful things ever. Use them as skates, a guitar, pencil case, napkin holder ... PRAISE ITS EXISTENCE.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Lol did you just use " box' " as the plural of "box"?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Lol, please enlighten me and carry on to correct the rest of my mistakes on my comment.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It's just "boxes", isn't it?
