+204 You've tried lucid dreaming, amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

And I was successful!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

how?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I actually had one this morning. But idk how I do it....this is only my 2nd one

by Anonymous 12 years ago

tried and failed

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Please note that we have added a consequence for failure. Any unsuccessful lucid dreaming will result in an unsatisfactory mark on your official testing record, followed by death.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Do it errynight MOFOS srsly it's fun

by Anonymous 12 years ago

its bad for your mental health if you do it every night. The signs of that, however, are quite clear in your grammar.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

i lucid dream without trying fairly often.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I do it all the time. That's why I don't have nightmares ! :D

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I succeeded. Best, most vivid, beautiful dream ever.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I do sometimes during a nightmare. I end up killing myself so I wake up faster, haha. This one time I knew it was a dream but for some reason I couldn't control it, so that was creepy ._.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

same thing happened to me once. the whole couldn't control it but I knew it was a dream deal.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

isn't it creepy??

by Anonymous 12 years ago

yeah it was kind of scary. but it wasn't that bad of a dream in the first place so it wasn't that big of a deal.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

i heard someone say that the hallucinations were freaky and weird and that she couldn't make herself wake up. it freaked her out.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

hallucinations? also if you're lucid dreaming and you can't wake up, just remember to kill yourself. In the dream. That always works

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Doesn't always work, I once knew I was dreaming so I thought "I wonder what it feels like to be ran over by a car" so I made myself dream of being ran over by a car. LOL. I still didn't wake up though.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

well, it usually does. So did it hurt?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It didn't hurt of course, but it was weird...

My cousin used to sleep walk because she would move around her apartment in her dreams. One time, she was trying to fly (in her dream) and she actually walked up to the roof of the building and was about to jump off, but her dad saved her. Point: you should be careful about what you do in your dreams.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

whoa, creepy. Except I don't think I sleepwalk :P plus it's hard to control your dreams anyway, haha Also, why the negative votes? I don't see anything wrong with this comment

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Then it wasn't a lucid dream. Lucid dreams are inherently happy.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

No they aren't. It just means that you are aware when you are dreaming, and you can sometimes change things, but it can be difficult. I lucid dream naturally and it isn't always fun.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I've used that technique where you look at your hands randomly during the day and if they come out of nowhere you know you're dreaming.... It's confusing and it didn't work xD

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I read the comments with hope that I was not the ony unsuccessful one :(

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I had one, once. I woke up almost immediately.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

You're supposed to ask yourself what you see and hear and feel yo keep it under control when you start losing it.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I did it twice. The first time, I did what most people would do (fly, etc) but then the second time, I went aroun punching people I can't stand and meeting famous people

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I once had a lucid dream where I accidentally made myself get mauled by a hippo. Then I woke up INSIDE the dream, and my stuffed hippo from childhood was at the end of my bed staring at me, with creepy horror music playing...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It's happened before... only, I never thought to take advantage of the lucid dream. I was trying to wake up from it because it was about a bad day at school D|

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Am I the only dumbass that doesn't know what lucid dreaming is...?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It's when you can control the dream an you are aware of it

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Thanks. :]

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I've had dreams where I knew I was dreaming, but I'm not sure if that was just because I was half awake and finishing off my dream. I did have a dream where I was watching some epic journey and I knew that I wouldn't wake up until the two main characters died because they had cancer. But then I was poked awake by friends.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah, but for some reason, I couldn't control it.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I remember twice. First time I woke up straight after realizing it was a dream. Second time I started freaking out because I couldn't wake up since I was being chased by a rapist/murderer demon thing.....

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I had one when I was really young. I made a rocket ship and flew to space! :D I had one a few months ago too, but for some reason I couldn't control it. it was just like reality.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I heard that you're not supposed to look in the mirror during lucid dreams or else you see scary shit.
