+257 When someone sits in your preferred seat on the bus, you are mildly disappointed, and look for the next best seat, amirite?

There was a Chaser's skit where one of them would call out "Shotgun" when a public bus pulled up, and then tell the person sitting behind the driver that they had to get up because "it's the rules of Shotgun".

I remember that! Omg they are so funny.

Haha the best thing about that was the fact that people actually went along with it.

This is one of those posts that I don't get. What else am I going to do? Throw them out of the window?

It was my first post wary

You probably started the trend.

If this post is just getting homepaged, she probably didn't start the trend.

I'd have to disagree. There is a very good reason this post wasn't homepaged before now, and that doesn't mean no one saw it.

Mildly?? It's more like, "that mother fucking asshole. Don't they know that's where I always sit?!?!" Then I forget 2 minutes later, but the same applies towards the seat at the lunch table, class, etc.
