+707 It's insane thinking of how many blades of grass there are on the whole planet, let alone on one lawn! amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But there are even MORE grains of sand than blades of grass. And EVEN MORE stars in the universe than grains of sand.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But there is just so much grass!

and hairs on a head.

@709619 (cptnobvious): yeah you're both right. But I'm saying, if you're going to drive yourself crazy, go REALLY crazy and think of the huge numbered things in existence.

i agree!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

about 10 billion stars in the universe for each grain of sand on earth is what scientist estimate. There are at least a trillion grains on a beach.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

wowie that's a lot

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yay you got this homepaged! haha :D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yay thank you!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

would've made more sense if you said 'on one lawn, let alone on the planet'.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That's not really how I wanted to put it

by Anonymous 13 years ago

but the way you put it isn't correct. yes, i could figure out what you were trying to say, but it makes more sense ^ that way.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

However, either way can be correct. The way I was trying to portray this was trying to get the reader imagine all of the grass on the whole planet, then realizing that there are so many blades only on just one lawn, which then would be compared to the amount on Earth.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yeah but it makes more sense to refer to the blades of grass on a lawn, then zoom out and say 'now just imagine every blade of grass on the earth!' so that's what i have to say about the matter and im done now.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well that's the obvious way to look at it, just saying...
