Drew Barrymore weighs 140, Tyra Banks weighs 150 and so does Beyonce, and those women definitely don't need lypo. There is a difference between being skinny and being fit.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if your girl was really toned and thin and strong you'd tell her to get lypo? And even bigger girls shouldn't have to get lypo if they don't want it.

Well for one, women don't need to be very skinny, they just need to be at a healthy weight. And women tend to have extra weight from their hips and breasts. And you're forgetting about muscle and of course about height. When I was younger I weighed 63kg, which according to you is a reasonable weight, but I ate far too much junk food and I was a bit shorter than I am now, so it was bad. The last time I weighed myself, last year, I was 74kg. That fits me just fine. I'm quite tall and I have what I like to call child-bearing hips. My stomach sticks out just a little and I don't have much of a "thigh-gap", but I'm not at all overweight. I think it's more about being healthy, enjoying a bit of junk food now and then, and being comfortable with your body. Focusing on a number and weighing yourself constantly is no way to live life.

This is so wrong in so many ways, and a few of them were addressed by other comments. But one point people missed was this: what if they can't afford it? Liposuction isn't exactly cheap...

if this is a joke, probably should have have put it in the joke catagory and made the weight like 200 pounds just to make it clear to people. If you were being serious then I just don't think you fully understand what those weights look like on women. 140 isn't big at all
