Usually restaurants won't have both because they sign a contract with either Coke or Pepsi to sell their products and their products only. And because there's really not much of a difference between the two drinks.

I can definitely tell a difference between the two. Pepsi tastes flat compared to coke.

the cafe i work at sometimes has both, but that's only cos we haven't got a contract with coke or pepsi, we just buy what we need when we run out, and sometimes one is cheaper than the other, and sometimes we wind up with both
