To be honest, I'm disgusted by what she did but loads of people do way worse things. The things that happen on factory farms are a million times more inhumane and heartless. This whole ruckus is just proof of how irrational humans can be. I find it silly that most people have barely any concern for animal welfare until a minor case of animal abuse becomes a popular topic of discussion. And then of course they decide that the appropriate means of dealing with the issue is via death threats. Her sentence may have been light but there is no punishment at all for mutilating and castrating thousands of farm animals without anaesthetic.
