I'm not trying to be a jerk, but isn't this generation's youth characterized by general inactivity? (Video games, Facebook, etc.) Obviously that wont apply to everybody, but it's still something to consider.

If this happened, and went a step further to say that each kid has to spend some amount of time outside-- say, maybe 2 hours or so, since they have the whole day-- I believe the general population would be much healthier. Sure, it's a bit controlling, but it's for the best in the long run. /rant
