The average human wants to know how the hell you know this. amirite?

I know this was a joke but.. I think they probably take readings for one week or one day for several different people then multiply the average readings by appropriate numbers. (:

But then it's not the real average now is it? and plus you have to start counting the second the person is born.

How is it not the real average? And hey, it's only rough estimates anyway. People would get pissed off if they had a gadget which counted their heartbeats with them 24/7.

Fine, whatever.

SOMEONE'S pissy...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm not pissed. I just don't want to start an argument.

....then you need practice. Plus I think that they get results from volunteers, or people who have that thing on their heart that moniters irregular heart beats. Stuff like that.

Get the average heartbeats per minute, multiply that by the number of minutes in an average life time. Almost the same for the other ones.

The 16000 gallon is a lie. My pool is 20000 gallons and we drink alot more then that in a lifetime!
